Ive been using this software for some time. Its now approaching useless, untrustable with a nasty and limited UI.

I don't think they even listen to thier subscribers !

They appear to be more intrested in pandering to EU data shareing agenda. Profiting from selling our data as data extraction for Ai.

You sadden me as once years ago I spoke to a very sincere IT engineer that shared our fears of abuse via Ai …… The money appers to be more attractive now ay ?.

Sorry but you present us now with a hidden service. No user feedback to the software process we pay to use, the network connections we make and to some degree the sites we visit.

For non-English messages, we utilize AWS Translate with a strict "no-trace policy," ensuring AWS does not retain your personal data. Any other AI functionality we control is exclusively for recognizing scam text messages, and we only retain non-personal and anonymized data to train these AI models. This means your personal content is absolutely not kept for AI training.

    Our service actively monitors network activity primarily for your security. This includes actions like blocking access to known malicious sites and scanning traffic for potential threats. Information such as problematic URLs or the domain names you connect from is collected for security analysis and to enhance your overall protection. For example, once a URL is identified as malicious, that finding helps protect subsequent users from accessing it, contributing to a safer environment for everyone. Crucially, while this monitoring occurs to keep you safe, F-Secure maintains a "hands-off approach" to your actual traffic within our VPN service itself.

    We actively seek user feedback through various channels. We conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and we have a community forum where users can report issues and engage with fellow users. Additionally, our support channels, including chat and phone calls, are always available for direct assistance and feedback. We genuinely value user input as it's essential for improving our services.

    We understand your sentiment that the software might feel "approaching useless" with a "nasty and limited UI."
