Latest F-Secure causes high dpc latency when downloading. Windows 11 24H2

I found audio popping/crackling, stutters, and mouse moves instability when I download games on Steam recently. I didn't have this problem before.
It is due to ndis.sys.
I know F-Secure got some updates recently and I found some people have BSOD due to ndis.sys.

I don't get BSOD but have high dpc latency and it makes many stutters or other diseases.

When I tested, system is stable after I uninstalled F-Secure.

Count and duration are crazy when F-secure is installed.

The only thing I can do now is uninstall F-Secure.
