lost password in password vault
Since 6 weeks all my passwords are gone in my password vault. Helpdesk tells there is still no solution and dont know how long it takes. In the mean time I can't login in to all the sites where the login details are in my vault. Totaly unacceptable

Time Machine
When I try to make a time machine security copy on an external harddisk this message comes up and I cannot do anything. When I look at the internet it say I should be able to accept the timemachine but I cannot find anything in F-secure
