Hello, my licence expires in 2 days. To renew the licence the price is 86.99€ for internet security for 1 device for 2 years. Hello, Downloaded F-Secure total yesterday and found out it seems to be a good protection. So I chosed to pay for a 1 year subscription. But, there were no discount made. The homepage offer 50% discount first year, on my bank account a full withdrawal was made, 100% fee. I got no discount. 😳 How can I get a refund with 50%?

F-Secure have no interest in retaining customers. They would rather give the discounts to new customers on the website, and charge their existing customers more to renew when their subscriptions expire. Where's the customer care or looking after your existing customer base ? Get your priorities sorted ......
