Continued problem.

I have purchased a subscription to F-Secure SAFE and it expires on September 30, 2022.

Setting : "Manual update"

However, the cost was paid by PayPal on August 13th.

Like automatic updates.

The order number is XXXXXXXXX

Why am I getting an email saying "F-Secure TOTAL license will expire soon"?

    I had decided to update, but hadn't done anything.

    I have not taken action to purchase.

    The purchased subscription is missing...

    right : TOTAL

    But I'm using SAFE.

    I paid for the SAFE subscription on August 13th.

    Is F-Secure confused about customer management?

    I have just confirmed that my subscription has been extended to September 30, 2023.


    2022/08/13 : I paid by PayPal.

    2022/09/01 : I receive a reminder email and posted it here..

    2022/09/05 : I receive email "Your subscription has been canceled." and confirmed my subscription update.



    This problem has been resolved.
