F-Secure have no interest in retaining customers.

They would rather give the discounts to new customers on the website, and charge their existing customers more to renew when their subscriptions expire.

Where's the customer care or looking after your existing customer base ?

    I apologize if you are feeling unsatisfied with the service. The price you see on our website is for first-time purchases only. After the subscription expired, the price returns to the retail price and I can see that you have enjoyed the discount last year as a new customer.

    We do not have promotions for existing customers at this time and it would be great for you to stay connected to our social media pages where we announce these promotions from time to time. Even the new customer promotion has its end and start date as well.

    On the other hand, if you would like to receive the same discount as a new customer, there is a trick where you may need to reinstall the app onto your devices while you register for the promotion by using a new email address and then start all over.

    The discounts should apply to both existing and new customers. Why make a discount that only applies to a new customer, and then say that you can get round the existing customer renewal by purchasing the product with a new email address.

    I have a suggestion for you - fix your discounting so that it applies to all customers !!

    The way you're operating at the moment, it just forces existing customers to go looking for a cheaper product every 12/24 months.
