Hello, There is a Knowledgebase article about some information and troubleshoot steps: And some examples of discussion about related trouble: - https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure-SAFE/Firefox-Banking-protection-does/m-p/112996

When i us edge browser the green banner works as it should. If trouble with Google Chrome is not pinned to only certain banking website (all banking-related rated websites do not trigger a banner) - then I think that good to doublecheck "F-Secure Browsing Protection extension for Google Chrome" status. Or even to reinstall it. Except for words from knowledgebase article and provided topic's discussions - there is Online Documenation (as an addition to built-in Help). Sorry for my English! // one point to add: since your experience is about TalkTalk - maybe Browser extension is also customized. But, most likely, steps to reinstall / get it with related view (as with suggested pages). Thanks!
