<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="6" data-article="000003931" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>I am due to renew F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription, how can I cancel the F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription?</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>If you have a My F-Secure account, you can log in to your account and check whether the subscription is set on auto-renewal.<br></p><ol><li>Log in to <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.my.f-secure.com">My F-Secure</a>.</li><li>On the top of the screen you will see when your subscription is set to expire. It will also mention if it will be renewed automatically.</li></ol> No action is needed if you have activated your subscription with a subscription code.<br><br>If the subscription is bought from the Google Play store (Android) or App Store (Apple), you need to check from the app store whether it's auto-renewal or not.<br><br> <p>Article no: 000003931</p> </article> </main>
