F-Secure Freedome VPN reaching end of life F-Secure Freedome VPN will be discontinued, and existing customers will be moved to the F-Secure app with the same VPN functionality during 2024.
However, if you need to install the existing Freedome VPN app before you switch to the new app, you can use these links to download the app or installation package:
The F-Secure app that was launched in February 2023 replaces the old product, and you can switch to the new app starting from the 24th of April, 2024. You do not need to pay for upgrading to the new product; your existing subscription is transferred with the remaining duration applied to the new product.
If you use Freedome VPN through a My F-Secure account, you use that same account to upgrade and manage the new app.
The new product does not support subscriptions purchased through mobile app stores. If you currently pay for your Freedome VPN app through Apple App Store or Google Play, the upgrade process guides you through creating an F-Secure account, where you can manage your subscriptions and product installations through the My F-Secure service.
