What should I do?</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>If you have F-Secure Total or Internet Security installed on your computer, you need to temporarily disable the Tamper Protection feature:<br></p><ol><li>Open the F-Secure Total or Internet Security user interface</li><li>Click on the menu button (three lines) in the top-left corner </li><li>Click <b>Settings </b></li><li>Go to the <b>Viruses & Threats </b>tab</li><li>Scroll down to the bottom of the page and disable <b>Tamper protection</b></li></ol> After you have disabled the feature, run the F-Secure Freedome VPN installation or update again. When the installation or update has successfully gone through, you can enable the Tamper Protection feature again by following the same steps. <p>Article no: 000038356</p> </article> </main>
