<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="3" data-article="000001829" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>I cannot select "OK" to approve F-Secure FREEDOME VPN connection request on my Android device.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p></p><p>When F-Secure FREEDOME attempts to create a VPN connection for the first time, you will get a dialog where FREEDOME asks for your permission to intercept all network traffic. This may also appear after your device has been rebooted or the FREEDOME application is restarted.</p> <p>To allow FREEDOME to work:</p> <ol><li>Select <b>I trust this application</b></li><li>Tap <b>OK</b></li></ol><p>If you are unable select the <b>I trust this application</b> checkbox, there might be another app masking on top of the dialog. Some known apps that can cause this are Lux Brightness, Night Mode, and Twilight.</p> <p>To avoid this issue, close all apps that may be running in the background and try clicking the checkbox.</p> <p>Article no: 000001829</p> </article> </main>
