<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="2" data-article="000021030">Issue:</h3> <p></p><ul><li>When turning F-Secure FREEDOME connection protection ON, Kaspersky End-Point Security software shows error notification: "The certificate chain is not complete." </li><li>Clicking "Allow" from the Kaspersky pop-up notification and then trying to turn FREEDOME causes error: "whoops something went wrong" </li></ul><h3>Resolution:</h3> <p>This issue is caused by the Kaspersky SSL Interception feature called "Scan encrypted connection".
