Issue:
How to transfer an F-Secure Freedome license from my old computer to my new one?
Resolution:
Part A: Release License
- Log in to My F-Secure
- On the My F-Secure page, click on Manage Freedome and then choose the device that you want to release a license from
- Click Release license (This frees up a license that you can now use on another device)
Part B: Add Device
- Once logged into your My F-Secure account, click Install Freedome
- Choose My Device
- Choose This computer
- Click Download for Windows / Download for Mac
- Run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions
