Issue:
"Incorrect code. Check the code and try again" -message when trying to activate F-Secure Freedome VPN code
Resolution:
Make sure that there are no typos in the code and that the code you are trying to use is in form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Also check, that the program on the device where you're trying to insert the code is F-Secure FREEDOME VPN, and not any of our other programs. If you have bought F-Secure TOTAL, you need to activate your order by logging in with your My F-Secure credentials.
If the code is still not accepted, contact your reseller or F-Secure support.
Note: If you do not have the newest F-Secure FREEDOME version, first update to it and then try to activate the code.
