Once your trial period expires, you can choose one of the several subscription options.

Multi-platform, multi-device subscriptions

You can purchase a FREEDOME subscription on our web site, where we offer several different subscription options to cover all your devices from mobile devices to laptops and desktops. Multi-platform subscriptions are available in groups of 3, 5, and 7 devices, and each subscription is valid for 12 months.

When your payment is confirmed, you receive a subscription code that you need to enter in the app's subscription view on each device. Your subscription is then activated on all your devices covered by the subscription.

We are happy to offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchases made on the F-Secure web site.

App store subscriptions

FREEDOME in-app purchases allow you to subscribe to various services via the app stores. App store subscriptions are limited to one operating system, but are valid on all your devices connected to the same user account, for example your Google Play account or Apple ID. The app stores give you flexibility in changing your subscription options, for example between either fixed-term or auto-renewable.

To cover both iOS and Android, you need to make separate subscriptions in the respective app stores. The pricing of the app store subscriptions is optimized for use on a single platform.

Upgrading to a multi-platform subscription

If you have a valid, auto-renewable app store subscription and want to upgrade to a multi-platform subscription, read the following app store-specific instructions on how to cancel a subscription:

Apple App Store

Google Play Store

Note: Even though the subscription is cancelled, the auto-renewable app store subscription remains valid until the end of the original subscription period. You will not be able to activate your multi-platform subscription code yet. Once the subscription expires, FREEDOME notifies you, and you can enter your personal subscription code that you received from the F-Secure eStore provider.

About renewing your subscription

When you renew your FREEDOME subscription, note that you can enter the new subscription code at earliest 30 days before your current subscription expires. Until then the subscription code field will not be available in the user interface.

If you enter the new subscription code before the current subscription has expired, the remaining days of your subscription will be added to your new subscription. In other words, you won't lose any days of your current subscription.
