To clear the cache, do the following: </p> <ol><li> Click <strong>Start</strong> > <strong>All Programs</strong> > <strong>Accessories</strong>. </li> <li> Right-click <strong>Command Prompt</strong> and select <strong>Run as administrator</strong>. You are prompted for administrator credentials. </li> <li> Enter your credentials and click <strong>Yes</strong>. The <em>Command Prompt</em> window opens. </li> <li> Enter the following command:<pre class="code codeBlock" spellcheck="false" tabindex="0"> IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS</pre>. </li> <li> Press <strong>Enter</strong>. </li> </ol><div>This procedure clears the DNS cache and requests Windows to recreate it. </div> <br> </article> </main>
