F-Secure Total for Mac incorrectly reporting of an expiring subscription when upgraded to version 19.3
We've discovered an issue in the most recent Total for Mac version (19.3). The F-Secure app incorrectly displays that your subscription is expiring or has already expired, even if it's still valid. Rest assured, we're actively working on resolving this issue.
Can I resolve the issue on my own?
You can resolve the problem by uninstalling the F-Secure app and then installing it again.
Note: If you've saved data in Password Vault, to prevent losing your data, it's a good idea to export it from Password Vault before uninstalling the app. Once you have reinstalled the app, you can import the exported data back to Password Vault. But if you use Password Vault also on another device, there's no need to export the data. Simply connect the devices after reinstalling the app on your computer.
