Capricorn engine updates only once a day?

I installed F-Secure Safe the day before yesterday.
As far as everything is ok.
But yesterday, only 1 update came in for the Capricorn engine.
Is that normal that F-Secure updates so rarely?
I know that from other providers very differently.

I believe it checks for updates every hour, but it will only download if there's something to download.

That's clear.

But that's not what I'm concerned about.
I am concerned about the rare updates.
It can not be that there is only once a day an update.

What is the last Capricorn update?
For me it is:

F-Secure Capricorn Update 2019-03-08_01.

 

But the scan report says:
F-Secure Capricorn: 18.0.459, 2019-03-07.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled.

No, that does not change anything.
I do not care now.
A recent anti-virus program is something else for me.
F-Secure will be uninstalled here.

I would to be honest suspect at that point a versioning messup but who knows.

I have just reinstalled Windows 10.
But I get the latest Capricorn version only version 2019-03-08_01.
What's going on there?

My current Capricorn, Virgo and Hydra updates are all from the 03-08, too.

 

I've had no new definition updates for over 24 hours, which does seem unusual. Normally they're fairly regular.

 

I read the log file after checking manually for updates a few times and it states that the update check had completed successfully, so I'm not really sure what to think.

I am getting no updates for 2 days.
I've tried everything: reinstalled F-Secure, run FSAUA-reset-tool, reinstalled Windows 10.
No chance!
I do not feel protected anymore!

Last Capricorn-Version is :  2019-03-08_01.

After a scan, however, the scan report shows:
F-Secure Capricorn: 18.0.459, 2019-03-07

 

What's going on there?

Assuming your subscription is valid, and you've no other security software on the machine which may be causing a conflict, I think you may need to:

So i also submitted 2 undetected sample during this days which you've been into problem or busy with something more real. and yet i have no response from the LABS after more than 48 hours, is there anyway i can check their status?
