Chat Support is not available in Mon-Fri 6-16 (GMT) ?

Hi.

 

i think now it's 8:00 AM GMT

but Chat Support is not available like yesterday. anything happened?

    Are you getting any error message when you try to contact chat support?

    yes that error which say Chat Support ins unavailable at the moment use either Community or call us..

    Hi Parham,

     

    We have some settings that depend on your location. We have done some changes on the settings and you can try to test it again tomorrow (same time may be) and let us know the updates. We are working on the chat tools, to always improve our support better.

    aha i'm from Iran,so you are not going to stop providing support to some countries like changes in your policies.. ? it's just a temporary problem then i will test again tomorrow.
