I got the message: fatal error. Reinstall the software. How do I do that without having to pay the subscription one more time? How do I supply the fsdiag?
I have moved your post to the Freedome board for further checking. I see you already have a post opened about 'Upgrading failed' in Freedome in this post. Is this related to the same issue?

Nowadays Freedome works most of the time. I did nothing else than restart the computer. But messages keep coming when I start up in the morning, now about IPv6 not being installed. But a restart helps.
May I have a screenshot of the actual error message seen on your computer which will help us to narrow down?
