Freedome fatal error
in F-Secure VPN
I got the message: fatal error. Reinstall the software. How do I do that without having to pay the subscription one more time? How do I supply the fsdiag?
I have moved your post to the Freedome board for further checking. I see you already have a post opened about 'Upgrading failed' in Freedome in this post. Is this related to the same issue?
If not, could you please let us know more details about when and how it is happening?
