Then, good to be sure that renewed (purchased) subscription and so your My F-Secure account portal is about the same subscription as installed F-Secure solution on Mac. Perhaps, if you see 'device' in the My F-Secure account, then both "portal" and "application" are about same subscription.

Another thing to check is your MacOS version. For example, that is still supported. Current information: System requirements | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides listed macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur) ; simply put, macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later as supported MacOS for F-Secure TOTAL and for new F-Secure Internet Security (previously known as F-Secure SAFE).

Alternatively, based on this article (My device shows my product license is expired. I have purchased F-Secure Internet Security or Total subscription and it is valid. - F-Secure Community) - you can try to reinstall F-Secure on your device.

If reinstallation (uninstallation and installing back) is not an option, then you can try to contact their direct Support channels. For example, web-chat widget in the right bottom corner of the Contact support | F-Secure page.

By this way, Support Agents can check subscription state and your Mac installation.
