I have been using a YubiKey for a while now ...
It is a great way to secure my laptop and my online accounts ...
However, while my YubiKey "works for everything I do" with my laptop and my online accounts, F-Secure SAFE is not working with my YubiKey ...
I have ignored this problem, as long as I can ...

Thank you for your reply.
We tested Yubikey, however, we are not able to reproduce the issue. The issue that you are facing can be caused by an outdated version of macOS.
Kindly check your macOS updated to make sure that you are updated.
And macOS version 10.13.6, High Sierra is no longer supported for F-Secure SAFE I cannot install F-Secure SAFE on macOS version 10.14 (Mojave) or older - F-Secure Community
The minimum requirement for F-Secure SAFE is macOS version 10.15.5, Catalina. You may go to this link for more information What are the system requirements for F-Secure SAFE? - F-Secure Community

Can you provide us with more details about the product you are using and the version of the app? What macOS version are you running? And may I confirm again the app you have on your Mac, is it F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure Mac Protection?
And did you enter your Mac password to allow the website?

ANSWER: Yes. I tried both the Mac's password and the YubiKey's PIN number.
FYI Only: I have the YubiKey 5 Series Authenticator.
