Why do I have to pay for my renewal 20 € more than a new user for the same configuration? This is unfair.

    Thank you for your post.

    We are having a campaign currently for a new first-time purchaser for F-Secure TOTAL. This discount is only valid for the first-time purchase and after the subscription expires, the renewal fee will be based on the retail price.

    We will have a campaign for our existing customers too. You may follow our social media to receive a notification when this campaign is rolled out.

    On the other hand, if you would like to receive the same discount, you may use a different email address to register as a new user. However, after making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to register a new account. You need to register for a new account as a new user. And you may require to reinstall the apps from this new account.
