Can we confirm that the name of the F-Secure product is Antivirus, Internet Security or SAFE? We really wished you provided us with more information about the issue you are facing.
You may have a look at this post https://community.f-secure.com/en/discussion/124282/failed-update-win-7#latest and check if it's related to an update issue. Do check the other comment by our Moderator and download the missing patch just to be sure you already have it.
