If you think that this file has been falsely detected, please submit the sample to F-Secure Labs for analysis:
The maximum file size allowed for uploading is 30MB. You can submit files over 30MB via FTP. You can zip multiple files if you want to submit them as one archive file.
Already done this weekend.
The problem is that it has not been fixed yet.
Would f-secure be very pleased if an other software would trigger a warning that F-secure itself contains a virus ?
Do you think that is normal that you flag other software and need so much time to fix the problem ?

2) Is there a way to whitelist PrivaZer globally ? With the signing certificate of our EXE files ?

Can we have an access to an ftp server to submit our new release of PrivaZer ?
No, however, it will be resolved automatically via the next F-Secure's Security Cloud update.
SO we have to wait... Our users may think now that PrivaZer is a trojan.

Can we submit our new releases of PrivaZer to one of your FTP server so that you can analyze it.
Other antivirus companies offer this.
This was exactly what my colleague requested for in the last email sent to you yesterday but as I just checked, there has been no reply yet from your team.
