Got Wrong Subscription Key, and Chat Problems
So I bought a bundle for Booster and SAFE. But the subscription key only works for Booster, and I can't find anything for SAFE.
I tried using the Chat with an expert function. But my Laptop can't down dowload the app. IT just sends me to a blank page.

Or if account/credentials created/provided during/after the purchase?
If you able to login for "My F-Secure" portal (as F-Secure SAFE own place) with your mail/password (if known for you) and with fresh subscription (if there was not extend action and in somewhat reason license not updated).... do you able to "create" device and get installer for this device?
Most likely installer should be with "valid key" for installation (and subscription license maybe "handled" by your credentials at account activation step - if it done already).5 Like

Anywho. On my "My Secure" account. I have something that says "Add Device" to a computer.
It turns out that the advice to use a different internet worked (used edge, rather than chrome).
