Problem with activating new code

Hello there
I'm really sorry to bother you, but I received a code for Linec when I bought a new device. For some reason, I can't activate it — I keep getting a message that says the code is invalid.The issue is that I didn’t use the code on the same day I got it.Is there any way to still redeem it or fix this issue?Thank you very much for help and I wish you nice day
