Online payments: no payment card suggested

Hello,

I have payment cards stored in F-Secure ID protection, in my Vault.

I have opened F-Secure Vault

I am at the payment page of a merchant, for example Amazon. In the online payment form, I am not prompted to choose a card from F-Secure (only from GPay).

In other words, in payment forms I do not see the F-Secure icon, so cannot choose a card stored in my Vault.

[Note that when logging into merchant sites (for example Amazon) I can see the F-Secure icon and I can choose login details stored in my Vault].

My question is: In online payment forms, how do I see and choose payment card information which stored in my Vault?

thank you for contacting us here on F-Secure Community Portal!

Auto-fill only works for passwords. There is therefore no option to insert the card data from the vault via a window suggested by the IDP extension. The only way to insert the card data is to copy it manually from the vault. Many sites do not allow auto-filling of card details for security reasons except for Gpay's chrome feature. However, I can forward this as a suggestion for improvement for our app.
