Problems with password vault access from F-Secure app and subscription in ID-protection app.

Hi!


On my Windows PC I still have the separate applications i.e F-Secure, Freedome & F-Secure ID-protection.


In the F-Secure app, it shows that I'm logged out but everything still works and if I try to log in it tries to make me setup my computer for another user as it's already configured previously.


I'm guessing this is why I can't access my Password Vault in the F-Secure app like I can on my Mac. How can I solve this issue?


I'm also getting a warning in the ID-protection app that my subscription is running out in 2 weeks, but that was my previous expiration date which I've extended which correctly shows in the F-Secure app and in My F-Secure, but not there.


Any help with my issues would be greatly appreciated.
