Problems with password vault access from F-Secure app and subscription in ID-protection app.
Hi!
On my Windows PC I still have the separate applications i.e F-Secure, Freedome & F-Secure ID-protection.
In the F-Secure app, it shows that I'm logged out but everything still works and if I try to log in it tries to make me setup my computer for another user as it's already configured previously.
I'm guessing this is why I can't access my Password Vault in the F-Secure app like I can on my Mac. How can I solve this issue?
I'm also getting a warning in the ID-protection app that my subscription is running out in 2 weeks, but that was my previous expiration date which I've extended which correctly shows in the F-Secure app and in My F-Secure, but not there.
Any help with my issues would be greatly appreciated.

Is the F-Secure app that is installed on your device the separate F-Secure Internet Security app or is it the TOTAL integrated version? In this case, I would advise you to reinstall the app. you can first use the uninstallation tool that will delete all F-Secure files. You can download the tool from this website: https://www.f-secure.com/gb-en/support/tools

After the installation you should see the integrated version of TOTAL (Privacy VPN, Vault).
It is possible that the connection of your ID Protection to your account has been cut hence the wrong validity date. I would also advise you to to check if vault is working in the F-Secure app and upload the passwords there.
