Could you please provide more details about the issue you're facing? Specifically, on which device are you encountering the problem? What is the operating system version of the device? Additionally, could you let us know which location you are connected to? Have you attempted to change the VPN Protocol or turn on the kill switch?

Upon checking, it seems you've recently installed the app on your Android device. A new version of F-Secure Total, version 19.4, has been released. Could you verify if updating to this latest version resolves the issue?

We are currently investigating the issue you mentioned https://community.f-secure.com/en/discussion/127539/ios-wifi-not-reconnecting-after-standby. In the meantime, could you confirm whether the option "Keep VPN ON when the device is idle" is enabled on your device?
