Could you please provide more details about the issue you're facing? Specifically, on which device are you encountering the problem? What is the operating system version of the device? Additionally, could you let us know which location you are connected to? Have you attempted to change the VPN Protocol or turn on the kill switch?

Upon checking, it seems you've recently installed the app on your Android device. A new version of F-Secure Total, version 19.4, has been released. Could you verify if updating to this latest version resolves the issue?

my vpn on Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.2 also not working, the status show " VPN loading". My f secure version 19.3(52927)

Also have the same problem after upgrading to iOS 17.1.2. After standby the internet is blocked and no wifi nor 4G is working. I have to open the Freedom app and manually activate the vpn.

calls are being missed from this function while the phone is on standby.

From what I have seen till now on my device, when Automatic WiFi protection is on, it is blocking everything. Keep VPN On option is activated right now but when I change from 4G to WiFi and vice-versa, sometimes I need to open the VPN app for the connection to be established.
