Just the user name. You can send it to fs-protection@f-secure.com in case you have difficulties sending PM here.

My beta has expired. I sent an email weeks ago but have gotten no response

Experiencing the same issue since January 31st. I reached out to beta@f-secure.com but got no reply yet.

I tried fs-protection@f-secure.com as mentioned by @Juha_Valimaki but the email address is not longer used for this kind of request (undelivered: sender not allowed)?

Hey everyone,

Just to inform everything is back to normal on my side. The team behind the beta support email address had many out of office this month, which caused a bit of delay on the demands.
