Freedome disconnecting frequently for no obvious reason
During the past 2 weeks or so Freedome has suddenly disconnected for me multiple times (at least once a day) and often in situations where a stable internet connection is essential. The service worked fine previously. As such, I cannot use the service during those activities, because the risk of disconnect is too high...

Did you encounter the issue with a specific error or thing you do? Did you experience the same issue when connected to a different location? Kindly connect to a different location and check if the issue remains.
Kindly also test if your internet connection is stable. If possible, connect to some other network to see, if the issue continues.
If F-Secure FREEDOME VPN works without problems and the issue doesn't continue, this phenomenon is likely caused by an unstable internet connection.
You can change the VPN protocol in use to see if that helps:
- Open F-Secure FREEDOME
- Go to Settings
- Click Choose VPN protocol
- Switch between OpenVPN, OpenVPN and IKEv2
- Turn the VPN protection on
In case the issue continues also when you're connected to another network and when using another protocol, try removing and reinstalling F-Secure FREEDOME VPN on your device How to uninstall and reinstall F-Secure FREEDOME VPN for Windows - F-Secure Community
Also, make sure you do not have any applications installed on the computer which might interfere with the F-Secure FREEDOME services such as:
- IOBit Malware Fighter with its Advanced SystemCare Service 12 -service
- Avast Cleanup Premium

We would like to inquire about more information regarding this issue. On which device do you have this issue? What is the operating system and version? Did you connect to the WIFI or wired connection? Which location did you select on FREEDOME VPN?

I've been having the same issue of frequent issues with Freedome VPN after the latest upgrade on Android. Internet connection is solid, Freedome VPN is on, and no data is working unless I turn off Freedome VPN. This happens several times per day. Before the latest Android update, this hadn't happened for the previous three years I've used this product.

May I know which location are you connected to on FREEDOME VPN? Are you connected to the WIFI or using your mobile data? Kindly turn on the Automatic Killswitch and check if there are any changes to the connection or not https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#home/freedome/latest/en/id_110707-freedome-latest-en
And it might be that you have an optimizer app on your phone preventing FREEDOME from connecting. You can check these links for more information to help you.
