I purchased a license yesterday and it did not add it to my account even though I already have an account. The link in email only tells me to create an account. And I already have one.
They did successfully charge my bank account though

I found that you have purchased a new subscription outside of your F-Secure account. And after further checking, I also found that you have placed an order for renewal, however, the status is waiting for offline payment.
I would recommend you renew the existing account and the subscription will be automatically updated on your existing F-Secure account. We will provide you with a refund for the order you just made.
I will send you a private message and you may pay the subscription by using your online banking or change the payment method.
