unable to manually renew a subsription - error

I want to manually renew my subscription as it expires today. Once I log in, the wind with "renew now" options pops up. I click it and I see informaiton about manual renewal error. At the first log in today, I had seen a window with the price and "buy" which I clicked but I had to return to the previous page to see the exact price (to add money to my card). Now it only shows the manual error information after clicking the "renew now" button.

I've also tried to change the payment method - a added a card and even confirmed the payment via mobile banking app but I still got redirected to the page with error information (and my card wasn't charged).

I also cannot see any option to change subscription method to automatic renrewal.

What should I do to renew the subscription?
