Realtime scan error (20353) .... ?

Hello, 

 

I installed F-secure Safe onm my daughters iMac and cannot activate realtime surveillance due to some error?

 

I try to tick the box in settings but it deactivates itself after 5-10 seconds... why?

I'm not a Mac user so I probably won't be of much help, but can you give any further details as to what the 'error' is?  Is there an error message?

 

Is there any other security software on the machine which could be conflicting with F-Secure?

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

Where possible to read some suggestions, workarounds or even solutions.

For example, if designed and expected steps are not helpful -> maybe something as noted "MagicPrefs app" incompatibility is a reason.
