where is my f secure gone from my lap top please

Should be possible to do so by next steps:

 

-> to login with your credentials at My F-Secure portal:

• https://my.f-secure.com

-> then to choose "Add device/Install" and get installer with further common installations steps.

Your F-Secure SAFE subscription is still valid but might have been accidetally removed during an upgrade or by another conflicting antivirus.

 

Ensure there is no other antivirus running while  you reinstall SAFE on your PC. Remember to release the license before you proceed with the reinstallation.
