Issue:
As a Virgin Media customer I did not receive the 3 months free license offer.
Resolution:
The 3 months 5 devices free offer is for Virgin Media customer and it only applies in the following situation:
1. It is a one-off for new Virgin Media customers.
2. Customer has never registered or used the 3 months before.
3. Only applies for the Primary account holder not sub users.
