Issue:
I heard of the Osuuspankki offer of 6 months free F-Secure TOTAL. I already have a My F-Secure account with a valid purchase, can you add the time there?
Resolution:
We cannot combine Osuuspankki's 6 months offer to any valid My F-Secure account. It is stated on the page of the offer that if you already have a My F-Secure account, you may use the offer by registering with another e-mail address.
If you, however, would like to use the same e-mail address than your existing account, you can log in to My F-Secure and select Account Settings and delete your account. Please note that if there is any subscription time left on your existing account, we cannot compensate it in any way.
We recommend that you wait until your old account has expired, and then delete your My F-Secure account, after which you can activate the Osuuspankki offer.
The Osuuspankki campaign is valid until further notice.
