URGENT! - Forum profile issue.

What is going on??  I tried to log in to answer a post, and was forced to choose a new 'nickname', when I already have one (Simon).  I now find that I seem to have a new profile, so all of my previous profile information, including post counts, macros, and forum status has been lost.

 

Please sort this out as a matter of urgency.  I have been involved with this community as a beta tester and forum helper for several years, and I don't wish to start again with a new profile.

Yes, we are aware of this issue. Our team is working on this currently to resolve it. There is no ETA yet but I will keep you updated as soon as I have any update.
