May I know what is the version of Freedome installed on your devices currently? Do you see any error message when Freedome tried to connect on these devices? Does Freedome connect on other OS or devices?
Please check this KB article on why Freedome may get disconnected on some iOS devices. I also found 2 other articles here and here which explains as to why Freedome cannot establish a VPN connection on iOS devices with certain modems.
