I think that renewal price should be visible under your F-Secure Account portal (or Virgin Media account portal); and should be based on your type of account (or promotion rules).
Or did you mean something like troubles with expected renewal price? Just as example of discussions:
If renewal price is unexpected for you (or is not as promoted) - good to check that your try to renew subscription with all required steps to do so; and then to contact Support for advice (if still it is not possible to receive expected renewal price).
