Assuming your subscription is valid, and you've no other security software on the machine which may be causing a conflict, I think you may need to:

they probably are busy with a real deal out there. we'll know soon probably

So i also submitted 2 undetected sample during this days which you've been into problem or busy with something more real. and yet i have no response from the LABS after more than 48 hours, is there anyway i can check their status?
