I receive multiple alerts of "Adware/Relevant" or similar but it seems it can't be removed. What to do?

Issue:

I receive multiple alerts of "Adware/Relevant" or similar. Sometimes it's removed, sometime's it's only blocked as it can't be removed being read-only. What to do?

Resolution:

Please do as following to remove the notifications and the source of it:

1. Remove a program called Premier Opinion
2. Restart your computer
3. Perform a full scan with your F-Secure program
