The status is "synchronizing", but nothing happens.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>Test this by creating a test password and try to synchronize to another device. You may also try to reinstall the ID Protection app or to install it on a new device that doesn't contain any passwords yet and then try again.</p> <p>Article no: 000023997</p> </article> </main>
