Win7 toimintakeskus vaatii että Safe päivitetään

kohteessa F-Secure Internet Security

Windows toimintkeskus on herjannut jo viikon että "päivitä F-Secure Safe (tärkeä) . Avattaessa viesti ja siitä näytä tiedot näkyy että F-Secure ei ole pystynyt päivittämään kaikkia osioita. Puuttuu esim Aquarius, Deepguard , Hyda , Virgo jne jne. Muutama rivi ok mutta suurimmalla osalla ilmoituksena että odotetaan uudelleenkäynnistystä. Kone on sitten muutaman kerran käynnistetty EI AUTA MITÄÄN. Onko tähän ratkaisua vai pitääkö tyytyä siihen ettei softa vaan enää toimi.

Ikkunassa Tarkista päivitykset ikkunassa kuitenkin lukee että tarkistus ok (muttei nähtävästi asennus)

    Hei @AMJ,

     

    Oletko käynnistänyt tietokoneen uudestaan käyttämällä käynnistä uudestaan nappia vai oletko vain sammuttanut tietokoneen? Tietyt päivitykset asennetaan vain uudelleenkäynnistyksen yhteydessä, jos sammutat tietokoneen niin se yleensä menee vain virransäästötilaan ja palaa samaan pisteeseen.

     

    Jos uudelleenkäynnistys ei auta niin voit My F-secure käyttäjätililtäsi vapauttaa aikaisemmin käytetyn käyttöoikeuden ja sen jälkeen asentaa SAFE:n uudestaan koneelle niin silloin se on valmiiksi uusin versio. SAFE:n asennus osaa poistaa aikaisemman asennuksen tuotteesta asennuksen aikana.

    TIETOKONE ON TODELAKIN KÄYNNISTETTY UUDELLEEN JA PÄIVITYKSET EIVÄT VAIN MENE PERILLE (aika turhaa ja aikaavievää esitellä tuollaisia asioita "ratkaisuna").

    Ainut toimiva ratkaisu sovelluksenne yhteydessä oli poisto ja uudelleen asennus. Apua ei näytä muuten löytyvän ainakaan tukipalveluista.
