Hello,

I sent myself an email from the management section of my F-Securesubscription so I could install the available antivirus protection onmy iPhone. When I opened the email on my phone, it did direct me tothe F-Secure app in the App Store, but there was no “Download” oreven “Open” button on the page.

What could be the problem, since the app won’t install?

    Before we go further, please make sure your iOS version is supported. It needs to be iOS 18 or newer.

    Could you also check whether, instead of “Install/Open”, you see an icon with a cloud and a downward arrow? If you do, you can install the app by tapping that icon. The cloud icon means the app has been downloaded before with your Apple ID, but it’s not currently installed on your device.

    If you don’t see that icon either, could you please send us a screenshot of that view?
