failure to log in to SuperSafe

I am a talktalk customer, and am trying to install superSafe.

However, when I try to log in, it doesn't accept my password, nor does it send me a link to reset the password.

this is an old problem.

Hi sr1942,

Could you please try the 'forgot password' option again and see if it works? If you are still having the same issue, kindly get in touch with TalkTalk support.

I tried the 'forgot password' option numerous times, all without effect.

I contacted TalkTalk support twice. The first person I spoke to was useless. The second pointed out that I had not yet set up my SuperSafe Boost, which she did. That solved the problem.

It should be made clearer on the website that SuperSafe can only be installed if the boost is set up first.
