Remove F-Secure account

Hello,

My request is simple, how can I remove an F-Secure account ? I got an activation key but it's from the Snowden gift box, and there is no campaign name as requested when I want to add a subscription code. So I wanna delete my account and recreate it with the f-secure.com/totalbox webpage as requested on the gift box. This website is not well thought at all...
