Remove F-Secure account

Hello,

 

My request is simple, how can I remove an F-Secure account ? I got an activation key but it's from the Snowden gift box, and there is no campaign name as requested when I want to add a subscription code. So I wanna delete my account and recreate it with the f-secure.com/totalbox webpage as requested on the gift box. This website is not well thought at all...

Your best option is to Contact Support and they should be able to sort it for you.  We can't do much here on the forum, for obvious privacy and security reasons.
